INFORMATIONAL
PARENT'S MEETING
June 23rd or 25th at 6:00pm
We are excited to be able to offer children and young adults (ages 5-25)
with special needs the opportunity to participate in a sport that otherwise
might not be available to them.
This program builds teamwork, confidence, commitment, pride, leadership
and fitness.
It is a chance for these athletes to share the stage,
and HAVE FUN!!!
Our Special Needs team will compete against other Special Needs teams
from around the country. There are now more than 170 teams in 35
states. SubZero will have an Adaptive Physical Education teacher
as one of our coaches, along with other Adult coaches, and Junior coaches
who are SubZero cheerleaders.

Athlete Credentialing form.
Registration fee ($10) should be made payable to:
SubZero All Stars, Inc.
Athletes will be evaluated based on
USASF Athlete Credentialing Star S.
This credentialing program trains athletes at SubZero
through training on proper skill progressions at every
level.
Membership in USASF for these credentialed athletes includes:
· $1,000,000 Athlete Catastrophic Insurance
· Include all hands-on testing during 2008-09
season
· USASF Membership Patch and Credentials Certificate
· USASF Monthly e-Newsletter
· Access to purchase patches for Levels completed.
Credentialing Fee = $25

HAVE ARRIVED!!!!
Those athletes who won National Championships can pick up
their All Star Challenge bag.
These are available for pick up at our Lancaster gym on
Tuesdays and Thursdays between 6-9pm.
Athletes are encouraged to stop by and pick up their bag - you
will be required to sign off that your bag has been received.
